Once NovaThreads has been implanted, it’s able to provide mechanical fixation of the tissue until the collagen production and subsequent encapsulation of the suture in collagen can take place. As time goes on, this action will continue and help improve the volume and contours of the face naturally.

The sutures placed deep into the skin act as a sort of scaffolding beneath the skin’s surface, which is able to lift sagging tissue.
